Liberty High School student's art among those to be featured on area billboards

Liberty High School's Olivia Lunger will have her artwork displayed on a Lehigh Valley billboard, one of eight winners in the third annual ArtPop Billboard Competition announced Tuesday at Adams Outdoor Advertising in Bethlehem.


This year's ArtPop competition featured a record number of submissions, with nearly 150 entries, double the number in 2015, according to organizers.
